Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities:

Controlling company logistics & Supply chain.

Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth of efficiency.

Establish policies that high-speed the delivery of services.

Oversee daily operations, through Monitoring the orders.

Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.

Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

Manage & Lead All the field employees across KSA.

Monitor all the warehouse activities either inbound or outbound.

Create Operation Quality standard to minimize service errors.

المهارات
Chief Operating Officer Skills:

Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role.

Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.

Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs.
