الوصف الوظيفي Provide direction for the development of adequate policies and processes for the function to maintain efficient operational excellence in order to achieve the organizations strategic goals. Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs and systems including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring. Plan, organize, and direct all labor related activities within the organization. Ensure all new employees are on-boarded in an efficient and timely fashion. Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values. Oversee employees’ performance evaluation process, carry out disciplinary meetings, and recommends salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on performance appraisals. Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance. Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics. Performs other duties as required. المهارات Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
