Tenant Relations Manager

On behalf of one of Saudi Arabia’s leading Real Estate and Property developers, we are seeking a Tenant Relations Manager for their Riyadh operations.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for ensuring all tenants are aligned and comply with policies and regulations.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of tenants during their tenancy. This will include developing and managing effective relationships across tenants, the property management team, customers, and cross-functional staff.
You will build relationships to ensure successful delivery of both short- and long-term expectations of the stakeholders whilst implementing strategies to advance retailers’ revenue, operations, and sustainability.
You will liaise between the Tenants and the Property Management team, Tenant Performance Management, Operational management, and liaise between the Retail Tenants, and the organizational departments.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar field
Knowledge of tenancy related issues in shopping malls
Strong knowledge and exposure to the GCC retail market
Excellent commercial acumen.
Ability to liaise, influence, and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong communication, relationship building, and motivational skills.
Excellent verbal and written English language skills
