A market leader in commercial Real Estate & Property Development is seeking a Specialist – Sales & Promotion.

Based in Riyadh will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales and promotions for projects that assist in achieving the marketing strategies and plans.

Understands the facets of the media products and services being offered.
Adapt to various sales tactics and approaches planned by the company.
Approach potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.
Explains the benefits and potential audience of specific media offerings to potential clients.
Detail pricing and negotiates costs when necessary.
Facilitate successful sales by collecting client information and providing order information to the company.
Maximise sales and meet quotas in the short and long term.
Coordinate and organize bookings schedule and durations.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with all clients.
Assist to Develop and implement sales and advertising strategies and plans.
Follow up with the vendors to execute orders (printing and installation posters/removal/replacement) on time.
Promote properties using different advertising channels, distribute flyers, prepare brochures, develop video presentations, and develop other promotional vehicles.
Supervise the design and production of marketing and advertising materials to ensure they follow the proper quality and content.
Follow the internal processes and coordinating with the related departments for submitting the deals, invoicing, until collecting amounts
Assist the Marketing & Communication Manager in the development of the Research Plan that details all research activities required with regards to the marketing and advertising activities.
Present the advertising plans including executions, media plan, and budget information to the Marketing & Advertising Manager.
Assist in executing the sales plans set by management and monitoring its implementation to ensure successful execution of the objectives and activities.
Prepare marketing presentations and reports to the Marketing & Communication Manager.
Maintain good relations with marketing advertising companies and other agencies to support the department in its marketing needs.
المهارات

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration. 
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar marketing position
English and Arabic fluency
