Our client, a market leader in commercial Real Estate & Property Development is seeking an Anchor Relations Manager to be responsible for all activities related to the tenant to achieve the business development objectives.
To sign with new tenants for projects as per to the business plan
To secure current anchors for signed locations
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and to investigate & solve any escalation to ensure client satisfaction remains strong.
Manage visits, conference calls with all assigned clients to discuss changes and answer questions related to locations, proposals and reporting review status of outstanding issues.
Enhance the organization’s reputation and client satisfaction by accepting ownership for client issue requests and exploring opportunities to add value to the clients.
Work with the construction department on the anchor layouts of new locations and provide all the required requirements.
Collect the first-year payment from the anchors according to the signed contract
Ensure and follow-up contract until get it signed.
Support the collection team.
Manage anchor files efficiently.
Develop business by making initial presentations to explain and its subsidiary services and additions introducing new projects.
Document all the lease offers for the new sites.
Perform all relevant tasks related to the business development assigned by the management.
المهارات
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales and real estate field.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Real Estate or Construction experience is preferred.
Possess a high degree of integrity.
Building relations.
Persuasion skills.
Negotiation skills.
Effective Communication skills.
Microsoft Office skills.
Handling complaints Skills.
