Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of company products according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales
Keep track of sales performance metrics
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
المهارات
Key Requirements:
Strong Background in Sales
Good Relationship with Gov Sector (GEA, MOS,MOC,MOF)
Demonstrated business experience as a digital account manager in digital technologies or software development is a must
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
