Arco Company Announces a vacancy under the title: Recruitment Overseas Specialist Job Description:
Developing and Executing recruiting plans within the company.
Manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement, and onboarding.
Creatively source high-caliber, Mid Management, Top Management candidates by leveraging recruiting software, social media, cold calling, and employee referrals (through Taleo integrated fusion software) and to achieve all hierarchy levels to fulfill all my and company goals.

المهارات
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Strong interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communications skills
Team spirit
Certification and expertise :
Diploma and above.
At least two years of experience in the same field.
