الوصف الوظيفي Engineers need to conduct information gathering workshops with customers to understand their existing network infrastructure and the technical necessities of new network designs. They also need to know their network implementation, organizational structure, and support processes for guiding network design by understanding and developing solutions, and guiding in implementation so that it meets design specifications and plan. They must test new designs, features, and functionality in a pre-production environment. Engineers implement and verify on the live network, and test patches and fixes to operating software to confirm proper functionality on the live network. They resolve issues with equipment and network, open and track TAC (technical assistance center) cases until they fix problems, raise equipment RMAs (Return to Manufacturer Authorizations) to track through troubleshooting, document status reports regularly of design projects, equipment, and network problems for clients, arrange workshops with the customer to communicate about equipment and network problems, provide updates on case status, develop procedures for operating network and equipment, educate the customer on design, support staff to configure and operate network products, and regularly interact with internal engineering and QA Sys Test Teams. المهارات • 5 to 10 years experience in network Consulting or operations support environment. • Expert level internetworking troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment. • Large-scale network operation skills. • In-depth knowledge of network management, network availability & capacity planning. • Excellent knowledge of Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) technology. • Excellent knowledge of Cisco Nexus Datacenter switching. • Excellent knowledge of routing and switching. • Excellent knowledge of security architecture and products. • In-depth knowledge of network management, network availability & capacity planning. • Very Strong Consulting and communication skills • CCIE Datacenter LAB certification is a plus • Good knowledge of UCS and Data Center Management. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/aci-engineer-4357890/ |
