Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.

Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.

Protects an organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Discovers and explores business opportunities.

Encourage employees to brainstorm innovative ideas, which can help in improving the potential of the overall business.

Having a vision and putting together a good team, with weekly meeting
