You will work in this respect closely with internal teams by providing clear guidelines and key success factors at all stages of development. Lead Game Dev will plan, detail, and supervise the work of developers. You will establish standards for formal design documentation and tools for the projects as well as ensure the team’s performance and resolve and manage the situations that hinder game design production objectives. You will also actively participate in the creation and development of the game design. المهارات Meeting with the design team to discuss gaming ideas and specifications. Establishing strategy and development pipelines. Planning and implementing game functionality. Transforming design ideas into functional games. Designing and building game codes. Identifying and fixing code errors and game bottlenecks. Testing game functionality and theme dynamics. Ensuring products conform to high industry standards. Designing and building game patches and upgrades. Required Skills and Knowledge for Unity 3D Developers: -A 3+ years of experience in C#, mobile games experience (iOS, Android) is a must, a portfolio of published games is highly recommended. -A must have experience of developing and deploying games to mobile platforms (iOS, Android), experience with console(PS4 & Xbox) Or PC is a plus. -Ability to balance immediate development deadlines while maintaining long term and strategic goals. -Enthusiastic communicator with the ability to make technical challenges clear and understandable to the entire team both technical and non-technical. -Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. -Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, 3D Math and data structures -A deep understanding of game optimization in Unity and using Unity’s profiler to optimize memory usage, garbage collection and frame rates. -Experience collaborating with UI / UX designers and implementing UI systems within Unity. -Experience working with Animators & Game Artists to implement game visuals using Unity’s lighting system and Mechanism. -Ability to work independently and to identify and pursue areas of improvement in a project. -Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools Git, SVN is a must. -Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems. -Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization -Know to using git control like bitbucket or github تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/senior-unity-developers-4354074/ |
