Plan promotional campaigns such as contests or giveaways. Plan advertising campaigns, including media channels. Collaborate with developers and designers to improve company’s online platforms. Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures. Monitoring and evaluation of users’ behavior to derive suggestions for improvements. Conducting thorough research about new developments in the eCommerce sector. Preparing and monitoring the ecommerce budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
