Sr. Specialist, Talent Acquisition

الوصف الوظيفي
• Participate in assessing staffing needs and develop plans for

the best methodology in filling the vacancies.

• Supervise the processes of soliciting and collecting resumes from

qualified candidates

• Oversee the process of screening candidates to identify those

who are best suited to Aldara’s culture and recruiting needs

• Conduct official interviews

• Make hiring recommendations based on the eligibility criteria

provided

• Observe the subordinate staff handling administrative duties

related to hiring

• Supports the Supervisor Talent Acquisition in ensuring that

Aldara’s recruiting processes conform to government and

regulatory hiring and staff management practices

المهارات
• Good understanding of recruitment and hiring cycle

• Full awareness of recruiting regulations and standards mainly in

KSA

• Advanced communication and presentation skills (Interviewing)

• People oriented with progressive skills in personality analysis

• Stakeholder relationship management (e.g., with partner

institutions)

• Attention to details

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

must have experience in hospitals.
