Request for Purchasing and maintaining vehicles/Lockers/Assets for deliveries.
Deciding whether to lease or buy vehicles or being on shared economy model.
Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management if needed.
Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
Maintaining detailed records of vehicles/Lockers/assets servicing and inspection.
Complying with KSA Department of Transport laws and regulations.
Scheduling regular vehicles/Lockers/assets maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
Monitoring driver s behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in operations management or related field.
4 Years experience in eCommerce, Digital Logistics
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid understanding of Operational processes, transportations & digital supply chain.
Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise.
Ability to make business projections three years into the future.
