We are hiring a Vaccination Technology and Services (VTS) Specialist for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible to perform VTS support to customers using Boehringer Ingelheim VTS equipment and vaccines. The VTS Specialist will work closely with the Avian VTS, Technical and Sales Managers to ensure alignment with country and regional objectives. The VTS specialist will be also responsible to do preventative maintenance, management and training in the use of Boehringer Ingelheim VTS equipment supplied to the end user. The position is in Riyadh.
Tasks&Responsibilities;:
• Provision of professional VTS support to key accounts in Saudi Arabia (maintaining the integrity of vaccination processes, preventing VTS equipment issues, troubleshooting VTS equipment and have basic knowledge on the vaccines administered through the VTS equipment).
• Work within allocated resources to deliver optimum support / equipment utilization with key accounts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Aid in the development and help provide innovative solutions to ensure effective and efficient vaccine delivery of Boehringer Ingelheim Avian vaccines across all forms of avian production.
• Knowledge transfer and training of customer / key account personnel.
• Monitor and be aware of competitor VTS activities and challenges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Work closely with the Avian VTS, Technical and Sales Managers to facilitate the effective implementation of in-ovo technology into key accounts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Monitor & document the VTS assets
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering related Profession, Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine
• Saudi National Preferred
Competencies:
• Minimum of 2 years working in the avian industry.
• Good understanding of vaccination technologies and implementation of them in the field.
• Ability to work in a VUCA environment.
• Inventory and forecast management.
• Fluent written and spoken English & Arabic.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Ability and willingness to travel (can be 60% ).
