Field position with key emphasis on building and maintaining strong relationship with customers.
Conduct pre- and post-sales activities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction by conducting product training and demonstration.
Ability to obtain quality images that showcase the technology, address competitive issues, and show the clinical advantage of the product.
Provides technical and clinical support during sales process by demonstrating full range of ultrasound products including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers.
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
Manage post sales product training at customer site.
Providing feedback to business management with system performance, competitor products, customer feedback.
Report market changes and competitor activities.
Maintain and adequate knowledge of relevant product lines and continuously enhance his/her product and market knowledge.
المهارات
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have Diploma and RDMS certification (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer)
Must have clinical experience in general imaging / OBGYN imaging using ultrasound modality.
Familiarity with Canon ultrasound products.
Willingness to travel up to 75% within KSA region.
Experience of working in clinical environment.
