Job Purpose:
• Implementing strategies to improve brand key business KPI s following market insights and trends.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Assist Marketing manager in planning and executing Consumer and Trade promotions that includes coordination with all functions.
• Responsible for managing specific tasks from a project independently
• Responsible for managing, planning, coordination with all Marketing Premium suppliers
• Responsible for managing research agencies for Retail Audit
• Commission product / taste related quantitative researches and participate in concept testing
• Assist Plan Execution
• Participate in objective setting.
• Coordinate and communicate to front line sales organization on projects.
• Budget Monitoring
• Coordinate with Advertising / Promotional Agencies and other functions on projects.
• Task Management
• Point of sale/communication Development
• Manage approval process (Packaging, Promotion) with agencies, suppliers and government Authorities.
• Liaison for information collection with Region and other countries
• Market visits for data collection
• Analyze the brand performance, competition, and market trends
• Marketing Research
• Manage Retail Audit agencies and reporting
• Commission Taste / Product Research-Standard Frito Lay processes
• Participate in Brand / Concept Research development
• Marketing Suppliers
• Negotiate-manage prices and supplies with Marketing Premium suppliers
• Prepare Purchase orders and track spend
Qualifications/Requirements
• Prior working experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or a similar role.
• Thorough understanding of product pricing, packaging, distribution, and positioning.
• Conversant with current marketing trends and best practices.
• Impeccable research, data collection, and analysis skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills. Team player with a creative and results-oriented mindset.
• A high degree of business acumen.
• Exemplary time management skills.
• Good understanding of market trends and retail selling.
