الوصف الوظيفي Supports organizational and IT leadership in overseeing, managing and using the entire life cycle of investments and initiatives to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives. Act as the primary resource for the investment council, steering committee and senior executives for communications, and for reporting the state of projects budget performance. Work in a senior role and coach, mentor, and guide PMs on managing projects financials and promote finance knowledge among PMs community and PPMO team. Understand of the significance of IT infrastructure and/or Application change in a large financial services environment and familiarity with technology strategy and architectural concepts for technology direction. Adhere to existing processes / standards including the Financial Authority/Matrix and existing governance bodies or committees. Coordinate, monitor and provide leadership to Project Managers ‘PM’ throughout the projects/program lifecycle to complete program/projects according to budget. Work with demands’ owner on building business cases: - Demand benefits: financial and non-financial benefits, direct and indirect benefits - Cost Benefit Analysis - Return on Investment ‘ROI’ - Total Cost of Ownership ‘TCO’ - Value based analysis and opportunity cost Establish and direct PMs efforts related to projects financials: - Budget Reallocation - Contract Review - Placement Requisition ‘PR’ Issuance - Purchase Order ‘PO’ Issuance - Invoices and Payments Processing - Certificates of Closure ‘COC’ Processing Work with demand owner, PM, Finance on Benefit Realization Plan, and report on achieved or missed benefits. Monthly monitoring and reporting on budget expenditure (budget, allocated, committed, spent, remaining) Partner with PMs to develop expenditure plan Understand budget classification/categories and sub-categories for the capital and operational expenses of the Information Technology and Engineering projects. Direct contract financial terms to segregate projects related different costs/expenses to streamline projects’ payments related to: - Direct or indirect demand CAPEX - Direct or indirect demand OPEX - Other expenses that can be part of the project CAPEX or OPEX based on agreed contract payment terms: - Professional Services - Outsourcing Agreements - Consultancy Services - Maintenance and Support - Licenses Cost - Training Cost - Subscriptions Cost المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/portfolio-manager-4343876/ |
