Scope (Summary Role):
Supervise Information Technology (IT) Department, manages computer systems and software oversees equipment purchasing and installation, and maintains computer networks and connectivity.
Key Accountabilities:
Coordinates IT support, training, and orientation for new technology users
Ensures efficient and effective technology and Internet access for a group of users
Organize troubleshooting or repair when necessary for IT equipment
Oversees information security and maintains network and user security through hardware or software installation or through education
Implements an IT budget for the organization as a whole or for specific departments
Tracks inventory and status for hardware and software throughout an organization
Establishes relationships with technology vendors
Advises about organisation’s IT equipment, networking, and connectivity needs and purchases products, parts, and services as necessary
Supervises IT department staff, including setting schedules, implementing training, and assessing performance
Manages a team of specialists in support, installation, networks, and purchase
Works with HR Department to identify staffing needs and participates in the hiring process
Develops emergency plans for equipment, power, or security failure to preserve technology and data
Researches and stays up to date regarding new IT equipment and solutions
Attends trade exhibitions and workshops to keep abreast of new developments
Develop and maintain information technology plans which outline project status individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and resource allocation.
Coordinate contractors and service delivery for payments Inspect projects for quality assurance.
Ensure customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clients.
Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork
Work with technical team to brainstorm new test ideas for technical projects
Running regular checks on a network and data security
Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
Leading IT projects, Include the design and deployment of IT systems
Monitoring performance of an information technology system to determine cost and productivity level, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
Assessing vendors and developing test strategies for new hardware and software
Managing the E-commerce Platform.
Monthly Business Review with the Internet Service providers for a timely resolution of all Internet Outages, SLA adherence, and other Internet-related issues.
Experience working in a Service Excellence role, whereby the main function was to ensure network, security, and server configurations were to standard and the best practices were being implemented.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
Familiarity in IT infrastructure
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Hands on experience with computer networks, network administration and installation
Ability to manage staffs
Expertise in data centre and management and governance
Microsoft office and internet proficiency is a must
Strong analytical skills & business adjustment
Strong communication skills, both oral and written in English and Arabic
Working Under Pressure

With leadership skills
With experience in Magneto Theme Customization, developing and working with Magneto Extensions, Magento Custom Module Development, knowledge of e-commerce concepts practices.
Good knowledge in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, JSON and MySQL.
