On behalf of one of Saudi Arabia’s leading Real Estate and Property developers, we are seeking Operations / Facilities Management for their Riyadh operations.
Reporting to the Operation Manager you will be responsible for monitoring all service-related activities including management of all soft services rendered by external parties, reporting of service levels and quality, and ensuring adherence to the contract and standard policies of the department.
Ensure that all accesses are controlled properly and properties access control system is working properly and any transaction is monitored and logged
Involve working in the broader field of civil/MEP engineering, and their job is to apply their knowledge of engineering principles in the planning, development, design, and maintenance of facilities and various building structures.
Supervise the technical personnel such as internal or external construction and FM Service Company at construction sites and oversee all operations and maintenance activities. They will advise management on design and development, propose modifications to existing designs and solutions, and recommend structural repairs when necessary.
Ensure all the public areas, shops, and safety technical plants of the properties are in compliance with the industry standards.
Plan and execute all the necessary policies, forms, and procedures to the department and its staff and ensure proper implementation such as but not limited to Safety and Security Operation Manual, Evacuation Plan, Department Staff Job Description, Department Structure and forms and To attend any emergency call or action and to be responsible on-site.
Supervise all the standard operating procedures of the Technical and Safety & Security Departments of all Facilities and Properties managed by the Company. Moreover; monitor services including gas, water, septic tank, and other services performed by third parties
Ensure the cleaning and security schedule and staff roster are at the optimum level to have the property clean and tidy at all times.
Ensure all the cleaning Machinery and Consumables are up to the standards of the industry and running properly.
Execute and implement any type of procedures, forms, and policies for the cleaning and marble maintenance and ensure compatibility.
Ensure all housekeeping and security staff are competent and presentable.
Report regularly about Technical and Safety procedures and operation, completion of works and maintenance, and Expenditure to the General Management of the Company.
Report inspection any upgrade to the department to ensure its optimum performance.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Engineering experience is preferable
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar position in Real Estate Property management
