Ensures an Employee Requisition Form, duly signed and approved, is received prior to any recruitment search.
Ensures close working relationship with all Business Units to fully understand their needs from an operations’ viewpoint.
Coordinates the renewal of company medical insurance policies, registration of new insurance cards and ensures existing employees are added/updated in the medical insurance list.
Writing and developing advertisements as needed for general publications and websites.
Coordinates the posting and publication of advertisements for vacancies
Weekly posts on social media eg LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Indeed, Expatriates.com and any group related to the Company’s vacancies, in order to widen the recruitment search.
Qualifications:
BA degree in Human resource or related field
1+ years experience in
