STLOP – Lubricants & Grease Plant is looking for an Outside Sales Representative in the ALL Saudi areas. The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. You will be the voice and initial point-of-contact for our industry leading company. We will rely on you to use your exceptional sales and consultative skills to understand the needs of interested prospects and turn them into loyal customers. You must be ambitious and outgoing, with a love for calling on customers, building relationships and selling our equipment and services.
Achieve sales quotas by creating new, profitable sales volume for the company through a focused expansion of the customer base
Prospect for new leads in your territory
Service existing clients
Effectively demonstrate product line
Update our Customer Relationship Management software with accurate, timely information
Collect the cash and follow up payment & settlements
Job responsibilities are to oversee and develop fuel and lubricant sales to drive company revenue
Prospect new business and reach established goals
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Establish relationships with prospective customers using various prospecting techniques
Makes the personal time commitment to build the client relationship both during normal business hours and special events
Prepare and present sales proposals to current and prospective customers
Become an expert on products and solutions and is knowledgeable of industry changes
Prepare various internal reports (weekly prospective agenda, weekly follow-up, account status, etc.)

Qualifications
Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
Must have 2 years sales experience minimum.
Demonstrated history of obtaining new business and retaining current customer base
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken and competitive drive
Established experience in lubricant and/or fuel sales preferred
Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
Native in Arabic, good in English

Professional sales appearance, presentation, and behaviors
Available for regular travel by car in the designated territory
Excellent written and verbal skills in business
Saudi driving license
Iqama transferrable
Local travel is expected
