Operational Duties
Performs preventive maintenance, repairs and/or replaces assigned equipment
Diagnoses, troubleshoots all kitchen equipment and supplies and makes necessary repairs
Operates and diagnoses, analyzes and records findings on all kitchen equipment
Inspects all kitchen equipment regularly, making necessary minor adjustments
Diagnoses, troubleshoots equipment functional failures and issues, make necessary minor repairs works with contractors to solve issues
Follows proper safety procedures
Visit all outlets off peak hours on a weekly basis and conducts any repairs as requested.
Be prepared to take action should a health or safety emergency occur
Contributes to a safe educational and working environment by participating in all drills and training
Perform equipment service and maintenance, including but not limited to: cleaning filters, electrical connections and hydraulic components of ovens, fridges, freezers, cold rooms etc.
Inspects all DRAFT Café new outlets openings to assure all kitchen equipment has been properly installed
Managerial Duties
File repair of all kitchen equipment and related
Responds to any repair request from any of the DRAFT Café outlets and files track record accordingly
Analyzes and records findings on all kitchen equipment
Report major kitchen equipment adjustments to the supervisor, liaise with contractors to solve issues
Analyze future projects to assure all kitchen equipment has been provisioned for the smooth running of the operation and reports these finding to supervisor
Compiles information with concerns to deferred maintenance; (Age of equipment, numbers of break downs, annual cost to maintain)
Monitors, implements and coordinates provisions and equipment replacements for DRAFT Café outlets
Maintains confidentiality of information exposed to in the course of business
Reports any safety hazard on premises

Requirements
Must posses a valid Saudi driving license.
Minimum 3 year of experience in general maintenance and kitchen repair. Previous experience in a F&B;operation or a QSR chain is a must
Thorough understanding of kitchen equipment maintenance
Knowledge of the KSA local business and market conditions is needed
Ability to cope with stress, heavy workload and challenging work hours
Good technical and operational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Micros applications (or equivalent)
Presentable and well groomed
Good command in English and Arabic language both oral and written
