Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training courses to overcome job seekers’ barriers and equip them with the skills needed to ensure sustainable employment.

المهارات

• CIPD Level 3 certificate in learning and development practice (CLDP) / CIPD certificate in training (CTP) or equivalent training qualification such as TOT

• A confident speaker and presenter

• Personal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people’s attitudes when necessary.

• Written and oral communication skills that allow you to communicate effectively

Problem-solving and negotiation skills with the ability to deliver solutions-based ideas.

• Organizational skills and planning to manage your time to meet deadlines.

• Powerful time management skills to enable you to control special training schedules.

• Commitment to improve your knowledge and skills.

• A strong team player but good in providing individual initiatives

• prefers arabic and English proficiency
