الوصف الوظيفي 1. Sales: Achieving the monthly and annual sales targets as per the company target policy. Achieve minimum 25 calls per days with 20 effective calls. 2. Collection: Achieving the monthly and annual collection target with no outstanding amounts beyond the agreed periods as per the company collection policy. 3. Returns: Not to exceed the returns target as per the company returns policy. 4. Coverage & Distribution: Following the coverage plan to reach 100% of Class A&B;customer in his route. Must have 6 call plans, each call plan to have 25-30 customers except Thursday 15-20 customers with a total of minimum 140 customers per sales rep. 5. Implementation Coverage: 100% Coverage of Class A&B;in area. Minimum 1 visit per customer per week for top customers by sales rep. Promotions: 100% implementation of promotion at Class A & B customer. Distribution: Achieving 100% of the distribution priorities in class A&B;customers and 70% in class C of the covered outlets. Visibility: Ensuring that product is placed based on the Planogram and guidelines provided by marketing Dept. Ensuring proper placement of additional display units in best locations as aligned with Supervisor. Pricing: Ensuring that correct consumer prices are reflected in a very clear manner that allows no room for speculation by consumers. 6. Out of Stock: Ensuring that van never runs OOS and always enough quantities are being loaded based on the daily call plan average sales in coordination with the supervisor. 7. Monitoring & Follow Up: Monitoring sales on daily basis and work to achieve any gaps vs. daily and monthly target. All sales fundamentals are achieved. Competitive intelligence reports issued on timely manner. 8. Initiative Taking Proposing ideas to grow current customers and reach new ones. Proposing solutions to issues or challenges after considerations to all aspects of the issue. Proposing ideas to beat competition on all sales aspects as well as putting counteracting plans on their promotions and activities. 9.
