Expert level collaboration troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment. Large-scale network operation skills. In-depth knowledge of network management, network availability & capacity planning. Excellent knowledge of Cisco CallManager, Unity Connection, IM&Presence;Excellent knowledge of Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), CMM Module Excellent Knowledge of Cisco Webex Good knowledge of Cisco Contact Center Express Good knowledge of Cisco Contact Center Enterprise Good knowledge of routing and switching. Good knowledge of security architecture and products .
