Commercial Manager (FE-COMM)

Take responsibility for the commercial performance of all projects
Develop commercial strategies and lead on contractual negotiations
Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with the contract
Provide accurate cost advice and financial reporting to the client
Deputise on all matters of a commercial and technical nature for the Head of Design,
Delivery & Commercial as determined
Deliver work outputs within client led targets and time frames
Constructively challenge processes and management decisions to bring about service
improvements
Clearly articulate project needs on a scheme by scheme basis
Pro-actively contribute to value management and value engineering studies at project and
programme level
Maintain an awareness and observation of Fire and Health & Safety Regulations and good practice requirements throughout the company.
To carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by management as s duties and responsibilities change, the job description will be reviewed

المهارات
Skills

Degree qualification (construction related) or similar
Clear proven experience via comprehensive work history
MRICS
A broad experience of all aspects of project management and contract administration on a diverse range of commercial and residential construction contracts from inception to completion
Extensive knowledge of the main standard forms of contract
Procurement experience on large value contracts
A strong and detailed quantity surveying knowledge base throughout all pre and post construction phases
The ability to provide accurate cost advice and financial reporting to the client
Experience of working within a consultancy or client organisation
Ability to build strong relationships
Experience of training, managing and mentoring members of staff
Experience of successfully operating within multi stakeholder environments
