The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and overseeing company’s sales development training.

المهارات
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES.

. Bachelor’s Degree in education, Sales, Human Resources or similar relevant

. In-depth knowledge of the training and best practices

. Hands on experience in managing the full training cycle

· Understanding of sales process, preferably with a min of 2 years’ experience of working within a Sales environment.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong organizational and team management skills

· Proficiency in learning management systems and software

· Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques

. Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Excellent Multilingual skill in English & Arabic.

· Professional certification (e.g. CPLP), TOT or CIPD
