Developing contingency plans regarding accommodation activities and facilities, by assessing possible risks and defining actions and solutions to mitigate them, as well as ensuring that appropriate measures are taken in emergency situations, in order to deal with temporary or long term changes, and to minimize the effects of disruption on plans and operations. Overseeing maintenance activities for all SMASCO’s housing units while ensuring adherence to best practices and keeping high quality standards. Planning the distribution of the manpower in coordination with the concerned supervisors in order to ensure effective housing as well as efficient planning and accommodation for new entries. Leading the communication with catering services providers, maintenance services providers and accommodation supplies vendors, as well as overseeing the relationship with third party providers, monitoring their performance in providing the agreed-upon services, in order to guarantee fulfilling any arising need for urgent deliveries and maintenance services. Defining parameters for vendors and providers evaluation and selection, and sharing best practices for selecting and managing vendors’ performance to constantly attain the desired quality levels and adopted standards.
