The Production Supervisor is responsible for the efficient set-up and operation of (FRP) Fiber reinforce plastic, spray coating of products, and direction of all shift production employees to produce high-quality Bathtubs and shower trays in accordance with the production schedule. Operate the factory within all, quality standards and maintain production standards as efficiently as possible. Will adhere to good housekeeping and will assume responsibility for the entire facility. It is crucial that this person be able to work both day and night shift as the position swings from days to nights.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Custom thermoforming of bathtubs, shower pans, and accessories
Fabrication/assembly of custom shower bases and bathtubs.
Operation of forming machines and ovens.
Gel coat and catalyst mix FRP Chemical spray coating.
المهارات
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Good knowledge of FRP Gel coating system.
Experience with Gel coat resin/catalyst and Fiber spray and lamination.
Computer skills will be an advantage.
3 – 5 experience in bathtub/shower trays or similar FRP product production required.
