The Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision for the efficient set-up and operation of injection molding lines and the direction of all shift production employees to produce a high-quality film in accordance with the production schedule. Operate the factory within all, quality standards and maintain production standards as efficiently as possible. Will adhere to good housekeeping and will assume responsibility for the entire facility. It is crucial that this person be able to work both day and night shift as the position swings from days to nights.
Responsibilities:
Supports and investigates situations in which line/equipment stoppage occurs due.
Ensures the proper training and development of all assigned employees for whom they are responsible.
Motivates and leads employees through good communication and frequent performance feedback. Identifies and coordinates additional training as needed.
المهارات
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
CIPET Diploma, having hands-on experience in leading the injection molding factory.
Possesses excellent knowledge about materials and molds.
Computer skills/ Planning and manpower management.
2 – 4 Prior Manufacturing experience in plastic injection molding factory required.
