الوصف الوظيفي Our client one of the oldest and most prestigious perfumes and cosmetics brand in the world is looking for their Regional Retail and Training Manager to handle the travel retail market. Job Description • Define Regional Training strategy and objectives to support regional sales objectives. • Build and implement a 360 Retail approach including tools (dashboards, reports, processes, BC profile and recruitment tools …) in line with Retail Excellence program. • Achieve BC productivity target and implement/set KPI / tools to monitor on a monthly basis. • Coaches and equips Retail and Training Delegates team. • Ensure close communication and team work with sales teams. • Take the leading role in organizing regional/local BA Seminars. TRAINING: • Identify training needs with short-term and long-term goals to define strategies and programs to achieve them. • “Train the trainers”: train retail and training delegates about all products knowledge and specific training modules. • Prepare yearly regional training budget and calendar to be discussed with TR APAC Director. • Decide about all Training materials adaptation to be available in both Chinese and English. • Define Training guidelines: duration, content, frequency. • Define field coaching program and tools with focus on key locations (AAA/ AA doors). • Develop TR specific training modules: induction, DNA, PRC, Focus “Competitor X”, GS, promoters… • Participate in local trainings especially in Key locations: AAA/ AA doors. RETAIL: • Implement Retail Excellence program and follow up regularly on progress with AMs: • Define a BC profile tool to enable BC performance monitoring and assessment. • Drive Retail performance through field coaching program including linked selling technics, superstar… • Be actively involved in recruitments of Counter managers, Team leaders and other retail related positions. • BC productivity: define KPI to monitor performance at counter level. • Ensure all Bas team are highly motivated and retail results driven through any regional initiatives like challenges, competition to be validated by RD. • Propose guidelines about incentives/commissions structure and schemes, by zone and or by operator. REPORTS / ANALYSIS: • Monthly activity report to be sent to Regional Director and Area Managers focusing on retail performance. • Monthly BC productivity monitoring and follow up including adequate action. • Budget meetings presentation including yearly regional strategic plan plans in line with AMs strategy/targets. Qualifications SKILLS - Minimum 5 years’ of experience as Retail Manager or Bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Cosmetics or retail management both with a regional scope preferably. - Strategic agility and long term vision. - Proven experience in motivating, coaching and training staff. - Excellent communication and organization skills. - Selling experience/skills is a plus. - Proficient computer skills are necessary – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) • Active listening and creative thinker. • Self-motivated and results oriented with a Retail mindset. • Globe-Trotter: 40% out of the office. • Coaching specialist. • Excellent speaker and very energetic character. • Natural leadership and team player. • Excellent grooming matching brand DNA with high sense of luxury and service المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/regional-retail-and-training-manager-gcc-saudi-national-riyadh-cosmetic-brand-4276084/ |
