Key Responsibilities: 

Drives all matters related to management of design and construction (time, cost, risk and quality) to meet the project objectives. This includes coordination among all the design team (both local and international), engineers, project managers and construction managers. 
Responsible for the full design coordination and management between the client, sub consultants and contractors on behalf of the Project Management consultant.

Qualifications:

Degree qualified in a construction related subject.
Minimum of 14 years post grad experience.
Experience working on major hospital schemes is essential.
Previous experience working for a project Management consultancy
