Responsibilities:
Develop and expand the customer base in line with the overall sales and marketing strategy of the company.
Agree annual sales plans with each of the OEM/distributors and hold regular review meetings throughout each fiscal year to discuss performance year to date; this will include sales, prospect lists and key goals and objectives.
Promote the company’s product range and their applications to key specifiers and decision influencers on a consistent basis with the prime objective of getting specified.
Provide professional support and mentorship to the customer base and seek to actively promote the companies’ products and services at all opportunities.
Identify needs and develop country wise strategy, identify new OEM’s to grow the business.
Work across the country sales teams and leverage their presence to increase number of accounts.
Provide timely feedback in areas of time management, call reports, market requirements, customer issues, competitor activity, new business opportunities and any other matters deemed to be important to maintain the customer relationship and grow the business.
Work with product Marketing/LOB’s to establish regional product gaps and drive New Product Initiatives.
Drive AOP
Direct responsibility to drive sales of OEM & Trade channels business in Saudi Arabia
Responsible for AOP planning and achievement of the annual revenue for Saudi Arabia.
Developing OEM & Trade channel partners as well working across SBUs within Honeywell to grow the business
Conduct Monthly MOS with OEM & Trade partners in assigned territory and ensure SFDC opportunities are in line with AOP
Demand Generation
Drive specification works with leading OEM & Trade consultants and vendor list inclusion. Increase share of wallet for BMS business at selected strategic operator accounts.
Drive demand generation activities for OEM & Trade products
Develop relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors and OEM /Trade customers.
Growth Initiative
Support Country Managers & team while closing the OEM & Trade opportunities with contractors.
Liaise with the technical team from time to time to ensure smooth project / account management
Own the Project Bidding Team including supervising OEM & Trade partner, ensuring that timely, compelling offers are provided for OEM & Trade Opportunities
