Ensures that services or machinery are delivered in a timely manner, and that the quality of the services received is satisfactory Reduce risk by applying right policies. Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely delivery and to update PO’s status in the system. Coordinate with truck drivers for safe and on-time delivery. Follow up for custom clearance formalities for the overseas shipment. Issue PO/PR and close the transactions as per the company policy. Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company’s logistics operations Resolve problems that are related to transportation and logistics systems Negotiate transport or logistics rates with suppliers and customers so as to improve the supply chain Monitor the entire process of product movement Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes Track shipments across different channels. المهارات Forward Thinking. develop the ability to make accurate predictions of the possible needs of your company, as well as outcomes of actions made anywhere in the entire supply chain Extensive Industry Knowledge 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role Team player Excellent time management skills so as to ensure efficiency in service delivery at all times Good financial understanding - Good decision-making skills Sound Decision-making Good communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills so as to ensure free flow of company logistics process Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks Awareness of Heavy equipment or truck suppliers. Must be able to provide machinery / transportation vehicles across the kingdom. Able to develop quality relationships with suppliers Analysis – Knowing business objectives and requirements. Market research – Assessing the options for meeting the objective need. Increase Transparency Skills to interviewing vendors for pre-qualification process. Communication skills.
