الوصف الوظيفي Works within a given budget to purchase goods and services for an organization Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements. Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner, and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory Reduce risk by applying right policies. Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies. Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely delivery and to update PO’s status. Evaluate proposals and maintain supplier files in accordance to the established procedures Identify suppliers of goods and services Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc. Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders Checks invoices for accuracy, and authorizes the accounts payable department to issue payment as per the agreed terms. Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive Work closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements Evaluates the performance of certain vendors in order to decide whether or not to continue buying from them Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. المهارات Good financial understanding Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions Analytical and presentation skills Proven experience working as a procurement specialist in the same area required Products knowledge. (Knowledge of products related to electrical, civil, OSP, tools, testing equipment’s, electromechanical, low current, MEP etc.) Able to develop quality relationships with suppliers Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills. Effective tactics for negotiating costs and contracts Improve supplier relationships Analysis – Knowing business objectives and requirements. Market research – Assessing the options for meeting the objective need. Cost analysis – Integral to any buyer-seller relation. Negotiation and contracting – The central function of procurement. Expedition – Seeing to the shipment, delivery, fulfillment, or otherwise execution of the agreement Supplier liaison – The purchasing specialist work as an agent between the supplier and the company, managing the ongoing business relationship. Able to evaluate proposals and to maintain supplier’s tracking files in accordance to the established procedures Increase Transparency Skills to interviewing vendors for pre-qualification process. Experience in procurement field. (3-5 Years local experience is preferred) Able to monitor stock movements in ERP application. And Awareness of E-Stores and prices as well. Able to determine new methods to be applied in order to reduce cost in procurement. Skills to operate common office equipment Communication skills. (With both external suppliers and company executives).
