Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical & clinical #information to our customers
• Develop, coordinate & deliver product #training to customers
• Monitor & control customer satisfaction
• Use product knowledge to assist commercial & marketing teams in developing sales tools
• Provide post-training reports, regular feedback on customer satisfaction & needs to the management
• Suggest #product improvement ideas based on customers’ experiences & collaborative projects with customers & partners
• Provide an activity plan & report on a weekly basis
• Spend a minimum of 4½ days per week in the field
• Maintain corporate image at all times
• Demonstrate a positive attitude toward team work
• Support trade shows & professional conferences by performing product demonstration & workstation promotion as well as customer training
• Nursing background is preferable
• English Fluency is a must
