Technical Change Management Lead

الوصف الوظيفي
Develop change management strategies and detailed change management plans for the change initiative.
Plan, develop, deliver, and track change management deliverables.
Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
Design the strategic approach to manage change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management.
Evaluate the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk.
Manage the change portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change.
Coach business unit / customer leaders in change management principles and their practical application in a project context.
Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoption.
Conduct ongoing risk assessments.
Develop short and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives, and develop and execute against annual operational plan.
Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition.
Support training and communication as part of change management.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Integrate change management activities into project plan.
Identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics.
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

المهارات
7- 12 years of experience in IT Change Management
Experience and knowledge of Change Management principles, process, methodologies and tools
Experience in project management and in bringing innovative ideas to reality
Knowledge regarding business process redesign and strategic planning
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Change management certification is a plus
