Job description:

Al-Adwaa For Lighting Fixtures is looking for an industrial/production Engineer to work at the factory located in their office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a candidate:

· working as a production engineer involving in mechanical production activities in the plant including: Production line, Assembly lines, Packing and Packaging.

· Has good communication skills in both verbal and written English and all-round flexibility to commit time and effort to achieve organization goal.

· Contribute in preparing and developing the daily and monthly production reports and comparing the results and plans

· Contribute in Developing and implementing continuous improvement plans to achieve department goals.

· Define, justify and implement cost savings, and/or process and procedural improvements.

المهارات
Qualification:

· Bachelor’s Degree in production/Industrial/mechanical engineering.

· Good knowledge in six sigma and 5S concepts, familiar with fabrication process improvement techniques.

· Good communication and leadership skills.

· Should have at least four (4) years of production development experience in manufacturing sectors.

· Specialization: Production/Manufacturing.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to drive through improvements.

· Familiar with personal computers and proficient using MS Excel, MSWord, MS PowerPoint, MS Project and Minitab

· Hardworking, good leadership and able to work under pressure.
