الوصف الوظيفي § Monitoring performance ensuring that current systems have the required capacity § Administering efficient work of servers and system and provide support to everyday operations. § Analyzing systems for failure and assist to restore files with help of operating system. § Supervising efficient application of various window patches and security controls. § Managing and monitoring system plans and supervising all activities for plan and unplanned systems. § Installing and configuring various commercial products on window operating systems. § Supervising system software processing § Preparing upgrade strategies for storage. § Administering and executing various system management activities § Performing all regular backup activities and disaster precautions in order to keep systems operational and running § Coordinating with various groups and perform troubleshoot on all production problems and providing resolution. § Collaborating with networking department and installing necessary hardware to systems. § Performing research on system technology and providing resolution to complex issues. § Managing database, monitoring support tickets and providing appropriate resolution § Providing support to patch applications and developing appropriate strategies. § Developing complex system standards and recommend improvements to enhance performance. § Evaluating capacity requirements for systems. § Checking systems health by continuous event monitoring and by using tools, reports and audit logs § Maintaining systems’ configurations and ensure all configurations are documented § Managing changes, upgrades, enhancements and migration of systems . § Providing expert knowledge, help, and solution § Coordinating work between engineers, second and third level support and tracking change logs § Identifying upgrade requirements, new systems, tools and equipment § Preparing specifications, technical requirements and alternative innovative solutions as needed § Available to work critical cases as needed on a 24x7 basis or through an on-call model.
