الوصف الوظيفي Job Summary: The Head of CPR will be responsible for the managemant and coordination of the Life Support Education Unit. This will involve supervising the planning , organisation, implementation and evaluation of all Basic and Advanced life support education programes for Prince sultan cardiac Center staff . Liaise with Saudi Heart Association and the American Heart Association with regard to course administration and management . Produce and implement standards, policies and procedures in lin with American Heart Association guidelines and PSCC high quality patient care and safety priorities. Ensure that consistency in the delivery of training standards is achieved and maintained by all Life Support Education instructors. Education / Licensure : Essential : Qualified AHA Instructor in the following : Basic Life Support Advanced Cardiovasular Life Support (ACLS) , Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS). Essential : Bachelor of Nursing or Applied medical science or equivalent and or certification with the Program Coordinator and Adminitation Traninig (PCAT). Desirable :Master Degree in Nursing or Health Administration المهارات Excellant verbal and written communcation skills in English , including ability to provide verbal and written summaries and rationale to a diverse audience anoverall Aptis CEFR grade of B2 ILETS score of 5.5 -6.5. Proven management and leadership skill. Excellent ability to exercise sound independent judgement and effectively manage time and resources with minimal supervision Excellent organizational skill Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively as a member a team. Ability to work in a multi- cultural environment Computer literate with intermediate level on Microsoft Word and Excel.
