Mainly responsible for planning and preparing food in the kitchen and supervising other kitchen staff.
Ensuring the kitchen staff applies the recipes while adhering to set standards, procedures, and sanitation requirements
Oversees and supervise the production and its compliance with the menu and quality standards, as well as customer requirements.
Supervise dishes in terms of portions, weight, shape and consistency.
Train the execution team in the kitchen on the menu and on any new recipes, as well as the standards set for food safety.
Keeping the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized and sanitized. Also the execution of the dishes according to the set specifications.
Setting, organizing and supervising the work schedule in the kitchen to adhere to the delivery meals times for customers.
Train all kitchen staff to obtain the best results in the shortest time with maximum use of the available resources.
Managing the kitchen inventory and ensuring supplies are fresh and of high quality
Oversees the order and commitment in the kitchen during work hours.

المهارات
Applicants should have at least 8+ years of formal culinary experience or food service management at a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen.
Prior experience working as Sous Chefs or F&B;Training Supervisor.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience using kitchen equipment and a thorough understanding of various cooking methods, food preparation techniques and sanitation procedures.
Knowledge of health and safety standards
