Responsibilities

q Responsible for application architecture and design

q Provide technical leadership to the delivery team

q Develop plan for individual team member and monitor the quality and correctness of outputs

q Conduct periodic reviews and track technical issues to closure

q Ensure compliance to PEGA standards, processes and best practices

q Co-ordinate with team on regular basis on work distribution, discuss technical challenges etc.

q Co-ordinate with Client technical team members on external system dependencies, environment related issues etc.

q Review discussions with Pega systems as and when needed

q Owner of technical estimation

المهارات
The LSA role is responsible for providing guidance to the technical team in terms of Architecture Design, establishing coding standards etc.

5 to 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years in PEGA
