Job Description :
Develop and implement contracting strategies for new business opportunities.
Develop comprehensive business proposals.
Lead the tender evaluation process and secure the necessary approvals.
Lead, negotiate, and deliver business deals that align with framework arrangements.
Draft and negotiate bespoke contract terms.
Manage emergent business issues including new product introduction, a contract change, resolution of contract issues including disputes and claims.
Effectively and efficiently manage contracts under your control identifying commercial risks and opportunities and ensuring that our contractual exposure is managed and mitigated.
Deliver improved customer satisfaction.
Manage a complex group of internal stakeholders.
Deputise for management in dealings with stakeholders at all levels when unavailable
