Possess experience and knowledge in building Construction
Understand tender and bidding norms and procedures
Review company strategies in market positioning and align prospect tenders
Follow up and maintain the company registrar of clients
Increase the companies prospective clients
Manages the bidding process and technical proposals
Manage a team of engineers to prepare tender submittals
Ability to sustain the current client list and develop new business
Be able to work on Improvement of the company’s profile and presentation to market
المهارات
Minimum 8-15 years experience.
Engineering degree or equivalent Relevant experience.
The candidate must have experience in a Construction Contractor Company and preferably a Building Contractor
