Missions, Activities and Responsibilities for Project Manager:
The Project Manager will support the RAHADEN project execution by the application of project management processes, methods and tools as per the Contractual obligations required by RAHADEN’s Customers.
General Areas of Responsibility:
Leadership and Responsible of the project execution
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Coordinate and Communicate schedules, issues and risks of the project internally and externally
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Help with the documentation of each phase of the project (capture step and execution step), as well as making summary report.
Support the bid and sales activity in the commercial proposal preparation including costing
Prepare presentations and contribute to proposal documents including costing table
Report and escalate to management as needed
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Key Point of Contact and Communication Management:
Manage contracts with Customers, Partners and sub-contractors/suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Establish, manage and maintain relationships with the Customers and the other third parties and all stakeholders
Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors in terms of timely deliveries
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
Internal point of contact for project status and obligations
Project Structuring / WBS Definition:
Contribute to the analyze of technical requirement and project requirements from Customer request (RFI, RFP/RFQ) and tenders
Contributing to the definition and set-up of the project Work Breakdown Structure, allowing for definition of consistent work-packages with inputs, outputs, tasks definition, resources allocation
Develop and manage a detailed project implementation and work plan and track the progress
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner; Ensure resource availability and allocation
For each phase of the project (capture step, mobilization, implementation and support step), the PM will:
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for each phase of the project (capture step, mobilization, implementation and support step),
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques d. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Scheduling and milestones tracking:
Responsible for the planning, monitoring and administrative tasks which are necessary for a proper project management
Setup and management of schedule(s): identify and monitor critical paths, and track internal/external milestones versus Customer planning and milestones:
Definition of milestones for tracking including Key Performance Indicators for milestones achievement.
Performs milestones tracking in terms of milestones achievement and shifts
Implementation of schedule changes; Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Proposes changes in work flow to mitigate delays and risks as well as to implement opportunities
Contribution to Project Cost Control:
Collection with Core Team Members of Estimate To Complete costs (hours + other costs), phased in time, in line with project Schedule,
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Risks and Opportunities management:
Create and establish the Risks and Opportunities Management Plan for each project
Ownership of risk and opportunities register, providing the Management with risk and opportunity status
Performs statistical analyses to estimate cost and delivery timescale.
Anticipate and raise deviations (requirements / schedule / cost), track de-risking measures and opportunity capturing (eg Change Notes)
Project internal reporting:
Prepare and manage weekly/monthly or quarterly reporting
(25) Deliver standardized projects dashboards, including KPI’s and project trend charts
Project daily life / reviews management:
Plan, prepare and organize project reviews as per Customer’s requirements and Project obligations
Report and Minutes of meeting, Maintain and ensure consistency of actions lists, collect input for decision making
Support to contractual data management and internal meeting/workshop

Nationality:
Saudi Citizenship required

Qualifications and Experience
Saudi driving license is required. International driving license is a plus.
EDUCATION. Great educational background in the fields of computer science or engineering:
Bachelor’s degree – required
Master’s degree is a plus- desirable
Registered in Saudi Council Engineer - required
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) certification is a plus - desirable
EXPERIENCE. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Ideally, several years of experience in the relevant line of work with increasing responsibility;
Minimum requested is at least 2- 3 years of project management and related experience - required
Experienced in scheduling, cost control, and risk management - required
Experience within Defense company or defense project is a plus – desirable
Experience in international environment is a plus - desirable
KNOWLEDGE. Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience
In electronics or radar or sensor or radio-frequency communication/software or defense technologies – desirable
In the concepts related to the management of a project - required
In strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices – required
COMMUNICATION & LANGUAGE. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in Arabic - required
Negotiation level communication skills in English - required
French language knowledge is a plus – desirable
IT, COMPUTER & SOFTWARE. Able to use the new technologies related to ITC such as:
Competencies and capability to understand and to use Scheduling and MS Office Project software - required
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office -required
E-communication such as Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams, …. - required
