Automatisation of all manual tasks for the building and deployment of both code and data in order to enable continuous integration and continuous deployment frameworks.
Evangelize DevOps tools, methods and best practices inside Devoteam middle east and client organizations as well as coaching on these categories.
Spearheading the creation of new technology infrastructures and maintaining configuration management and automation tools.
Responsible for the architecture and technical leadership of the entire DevOps infrastructure.
Your challenge will also be to create a dynamic in the teams by sharing your knowledge and by training in new methodologies, use cases and technologies.
You will also support customer teams in their transformation process towards AWS or cloud in general.

Outstanding interpersonal abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills and story-telling, with a value oriented mind-set.
A strong interest in development (java, scala, python).
Automation (Infrastructure as code).
Software factory (continuous integration and delivery).
Docker and Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk.
Configure and automate monitoring tools.
Experience in DevOps environments, automating infrastructures: Terraform, Packer, CloudFormation or Ansible.
Experience scaling distributed data systems.
Experience around integration and continuous deployment: Jenkins, Git , Travis etc.
Convinced by the Devops philosophy, you think that the cloud will be the way to fully express yourself.
Understanding of cloud computing and cloud based solutions landscape.
Ability to understand technical functionalities as business values.
Willingness to travel.
Soft skills required to build and cultivate relationships with the customers.
