Sets up and operates plastic Perform & caps injection machines , Installs molds on machine, according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and handtools.
Sets machine controls, regulating molding temperature, volume of plastic, molding pressure and cycle time, according to knowledge of plastics and molding procedures.
Dumps premixed plastic resin or pellets into hopper, and starts machine.
Removes finished products & packing them .
Mix materials and colorant in mixing machine, according to production orders .
Control parameters of injection M/C depends on different products types , LP , chiller temperature as well .
Operate the machine at its rated capacity at all times.
Perform preliminary check of the machine during start-up.
Perform troubleshooting and quick-fix solution if there machine problems.
Cooperate and help in the maintenance of the machine. Ensure maintenance care of the machine.
Wear the proper prescribe uniform at all times.
Conduct daily Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanliness in the machine and its surrounding areas.
Inform maintenance immediately for abnormal machine sound and/or machine problems.
Follow-up to concerned people for issues affecting machine performance especially on quality, cost and safety problems.
Complete the necessary report by the end of the work and Keep a daily log of tasks.
Support the 100% implementation of company strategy and tactical.
Respect and Follow the company rules and regulations at all times.
Generally Machine operator is responsible for maintaining the efficient operation, maintenance and cleanliness of his respective machine. The machine operator ensures the safety and smooth operation on his machine by producing the right product, at the least cost and highest quality possible. His primary duty is to ensure that his machine is running 100% all the time during Production. His primary objective is to achieve the production target and deliver the company objectives to meet the sales demand. Some machines has production workers, and it is the responsibility of the machine operator to ensure that the workers are working well with him to achieve the production target.
المهارات
1- At least (2) year experience as machine operator in Plastic injection . Has experience in basic machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and production monitoring system.
2- The ability to speak English and Arabic is acceptable
3-Basic knowledge in operation and troubleshooting of the machine or any machine of the same kind .
4-Basic knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) .
5- Minimum graduate of any vocational course, Has attended a basic safety training and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food safety, Seminars and trainings related to food manufacturing industry .
6- Has good knowledge in basic maintenance of machines such as lubrication/oiling and preventive maintenance.
7- Has a good working knowledge regarding the use of basic machine tools that is being used during maintenance and troubleshooting of machine.
8- Has strong inter-personal skills and working character .
9- Can work with minimum supervision, dedicated to the job and dependable .
