Commercial Manager - Post Contract (FE-COMM)

Responsibilities:

Lead the commercial delivery of building projects
Financial management of projects, putting together bids for new work and negotiating and agreeing contracts
Responsible for the preparation and implementation of Commercial Strategies, including communication to the Senior Management Team and negotiations with the contractor when required
Responsible for the assurance of compliance with obligations under the contract for the Employer and Contractor on behalf of the Employer
Responsible for the assurance of the measurement, evaluation and negotiation of change
Prepare, submit notification and detailed for Extension of Time application and Statement at Completion
Ensure the submission of progress payment applications, issuance of payment certificates, receipt of payment
