الوصف الوظيفي • Work on forecasts, planning and inventories in coordination with sales, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance. • Prepare demand supply forecast in coordination with sales/procurements team. • Manage and communicate demands plans to suppliers and ensure fulfillment orders on time and as per the agreed capacity and policies. • Manage and control replenishment orders of products, semi-finished and raw materials products and ensure achieve customers’ satisfactions, maximize sales and inventories turn-overs. • Monitor and track inventories of finished goods for all POS/Channel/Region/Online. • Work with sales, productions, procurement and suppliers team to source the right products at the right time and control supply of products and delivery processes. • Use computer software to track goods from origin to delivery. • Manage and motivate a team of supply chain staff. • Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Lead and manage SOP secessions in weekly basis with sales and procurement department to discuss forecasts, demands, inventories, deliveries. • Design, implement, or oversee product recall or reverse logistics programs to ensure obsolete/slow-moving products are recalled. • Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process. • Manage and minimize the risks (for example operational or reputational) that could affect or interrupt the supply chain. • Consider the environmental impact of the supply chain in order to meet sustainability targets. • Establish and review time to time the entire processes and procedures between sales, procurements and suppliers and improve them in-line with overall business strategy. • Work and collaborate with IT department to utilize technologies and leverage automations and optimizations. • Implement new technologies and stay alert to new trends and developments in the sector. المهارات • Proactive problem solvers with a desire to collaborate with others. • Understanding of accounting or finance. • Ability to manage deliveries of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items. • Strong with supply chain processes. • Experience in data analysis, reporting and presentations. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/supply-chain-manager-4253425/ |
