Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitor and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Set up systems or resolve issues.
Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
Support the roll-out of new applications. Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
Test and evaluating new technology.
Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
follow standards and guidelines for operations.
Monitor servers, all applications, and services continuously.
Perform preventive maintenance on GAC devices regularly.
support daily operations and help development team to resolve issues.
Provide direct support to users, including troubleshooting complex problems to ensure an adequate timely manner response.
المهارات
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or any specialized related fields.
0- 2 years of professional experience in a relevant IT – Technical Support function.
Skills:
Problem solving skills.
Analytical skills
People management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Time management.
